Our company has provided owner representation services for construction totaling over $100 million throughout Southwest Michigan since 2002. M. W. VanderVeen Company understands that the technical construction expertise and extensive accounting reviews are two equally important components to owner representation. Our construction experts partner with the Owner, Architect and General Contractor to assure successful project execution. The Accounting staff extensively reviews all construction billings for accuracy, proper documentation and compliance with complicated state lien laws. Payments to the General Contractor are not made until billings are verified to be accurate, complete and in compliance with the construction contract, often saving the owner thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars. Custom cost reports are also an available service.
