The M. W. VanderVeen Company recently served as the project manager for renovations to the Kalamazoo Country Club. The $3.5 Million project was completed in the spring of 2008 and included the complete renovation of the locker rooms, lower level dining, bar and kitchen facilities. The project was completed within budget and in an accelerated six month timeframe. Due to a limited budget, value engineering played an integral part in project cost control.
