Description

M. W. VanderVeen Company acted as the developer and general contractor for One Crosstown Plaza's 50,000 square foot, four floor office building project.

The four story brick building features reflective glass and a dramatic main floor entryway. The building has housed local companies and national tenants such as IBM, National City Bank (now PNC Bank), New York Life Insurance Company and Oppenheimer, Inc. The extensive construction of the building caused replacement of selected older homes, and the relocation of a restaurant.
